By using this site (www.HOPSPress.com) you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, and are at least the age 18 years old and you have given us your consent to allow you or your minor dependents to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment & Cancellation
All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
You understand that your information, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) change to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or defame owners or any portion of the site, use of the site, or access to the site, or any contact on the site, without express written permission by us.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. For items purchased on credit (eg. Net 30 days), buyer is responsible for payment after items ship and before lapse of credit terms.
Shipping Policies
Domestic shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.
International Customers
Additional postage may be required for orders shipping outside the USA. If you do not designate shipping we send at least cost. Actual shipping costs may be higher or lower than online shipping charged at check-out, excess will be refunded online, and any shortage may be billed. Package will not be sent until the shortage is paid.
VAT is a separate fee, and due to the customer's customs office upon receipt of your package. VAT is not included at check-out. VAT means value added tax. VAT includes duties, taxes and fees of the customer's country. Customers may request a shipping estimate and VAT estimate before placing an order.
After placing your order, please respond to us from your email receipt with your phone number to be added to customs forms.
If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. E-mail thomasjelpel@gmail.com with any questions regarding international shipping.
Refund/Return Policy
Items may be refunded or returned based on a complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item may be sent free of charge on a case-by-case basis. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Changes and Availability
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products or product packages without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of product(s).
Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer display of products will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We expect proper or expected usage of site. We may hold you accountable misuse, illegal, or wrongful actions, behaviors or conduct in connection with site, site information or product.
